Norman Leach is the Executive Director of the Greater Parkland Regional Chamber of Commerce. He is known as the Chaos Navigator for building disruptive leaders and organizations. With experience leading Canada’s largest Chambers of Commerce and the American Chamber of Commerce – Canada West, he has managed operations in various sectors, including agriculture and health care. Notably, he established the Alberta Trade Office in Mexico City and authored 12 bestselling books. Recognized with multiple medals for community service, he teaches future-oriented classes on marketing and leadership at colleges across Canada, helping organizations grow to the next level.

An accomplished executive and administrative assistant with over 20 years of experience, Janice specializes in streamlining workflows for busy executives and enhancing productivity. Her strengths include multi-tasking, communication, problem-solving, and time management, supported by strong organizational and technical skills. Known for discretion and ethical conduct, she foster professional, efficient work environments and build lasting relationships across departments.

A dedicated team player, Janice excels in customer service and adaptability, handling change and last-minute requests with ease. Outside of work, she enjoy cooking, spending time with family and friends, and watching romantic comedies.

Born in Saskatchewan, Gayle moved with her family to Edmonton at the age of 10. For the past 35 years, she has enjoyed a fulfilling career as an event manager, beginning as a volunteer with various charity organizations—a passion she still cherishes. Gayle’s career has been shaped by creativity, quick decision-making, and the ability to thrive under pressure, all while building meaningful connections and crafting unforgettable experiences. Over the past year, it’s been an honor to bring these skills to this dynamic organization, contributing to impactful events.

A fun fact about Gayle: she was a Rotarian for 24 years, where she met her partner, Gord. They have shared 22 wonderful years together.

Communications Director

Tracy has a longstanding commitment to community and philanthropy, with extensive experience working at the Grande Prairie and District Chamber of Commerce and serving on the Boards of the Peace River and Grande Prairie Chambers of Commerce.

A devoted mother, she juggles family life, shuttling between the dance studio and ski hill. Tracy is a proud Rotarian, where she also serves on the Board of Directors. She contributes further as Vice-Chair of the Troyanda Society of Ukrainian Culture and Heritage and volunteers her time to various causes, including the Nitehawk Alpine Ski Team.

In her downtime, Tracy and her family enjoy summers at their lake lot and winter adventures on Alberta’s ski slopes. Their lively home is shared with two cats and a playful puppy, adding to the fun and chaos of daily life.

Chelsea is a talented graphic designer and writer, known for her ability to create visually captivating designs and engaging content. Her work is defined by creativity, precision, and effective communication.

A Grade 12 Honors graduate from Vimy Ridge Academy, Chelsea trained in Ballet, Jazz, and Modern dance, performing in productions like The Nutcracker and Coppelia, and mentoring younger dancers. In the Royal Canadian Army Cadets (2051 19th Alberta Dragoons), she rose to Warrant Officer and Drill Sergeant Major, earning the Cadet Medal of Excellence and recognition as Top Gold Star and Top Cadet at the Whitehorse Cadet Training Centre.

Chelsea is also a skilled marksman, proficient in both rifle and shotgun shooting. With years of practice, she consistently demonstrates precision and focus in both disciplines, excelling under pressure and continuously improving her technique.
